We think that Coquitlam City Hall hired a company to come in and clean the park up. It was closed for about 3 weeks, don't know what they used on the surface (i'm sure that they pressure washed it with some sort of solution) but it completely stripped the concrete of any graffiti. It used to be so slippey to skate but now the surface it clean, it's really nice.
