September Storm Classic - Lawrencetown Beach, Nova Scotia on Monday the 8th of September, 2008. There were some overhead sets and it was glassy all day. There were only sixteen guys in the pro division so the contest started just after 8 and the results were tallied and the awards were around 12 at one of the competitors house across the street. Pete Devries took first and the 5 thousand. Noah Cohen got second and 2 thousand. Nico Manos got third and 1250. Lance Moore got 4th and 750. CC Unger-Mayor and Reid Jackson from Tofino tied equal fifth along with two east coasters and received 250 each. The swell stuck around all day and one of the locals made a joke about it being Nova Scotia's first groundswell because when the swell rolls in there it usually doesn't stick around for more than half a day. I threw in some shots from the night before and a few of Noah from a couple days prior. Take care,
